Our customer recognised the significant communication challenges faced by families and healthcare providers. We set out to create an app that would seamlessly connect families with ward staff, providing timely updates and freeing up nurses' time to focus on direct patient care.

We prioritised security with multi-factor authentication for sensitive actions and ensured interoperability by integrating the app with existing Electronic Health Records (EHRs), even with the complexities of outdated hospital systems.
We implemented a secure API connection to synchronise ward transfer information in real-time between the app and the NHS system, triggering automated processes with every update.
Role-based authentication provides Secure, Multi-Tiered Family Access and expanded access tiers, ensuring the right people have the right information.
