Foresight Mobile designs and builds iPhone and Android apps, and we're happy to work remotely with businesses in Oxford, whether you're an established company or a spin-out with research to turn into a product. Our head office is in Cheadle, near Manchester, and we also work from Stockport town centre, London and Birmingham. Since 2017 we've shipped more than 50 apps.
Every new app starts with our App Gameplan: four weeks of discovery at a fixed £3,500, finishing with a scope and a costed plan you can take to investors or a board.
Day to day, we work with you in a shared Slack channel and on video calls. A new test build reaches your phone every two weeks (TestFlight on iPhone, Firebase App Distribution on Android), which makes it easy to put the app in front of users early.
We build most apps in Flutter, so one codebase covers iPhone and Android. Some products are better native, especially those built around a particular sensor or device, and the Gameplan is where that choice gets made.

Plenty of apps work in a demo and struggle once real users arrive. We try to avoid that by testing on real devices from the first sprint, choosing well-supported technology, and costing the upkeep before you commit to the build.
When the app is live, App Care costs £675 to £1,495 a month. If you've inherited an app that isn't working, our app rescue process opens with a free check and a £95 code review that's credited in full if you go on to hire us.
